Anyone Else Noticing A Major Difference Post-Patch/Update?

I think they have plenty of defensive rotation styles and defensive types, I'd love to see their AI system focus on that more than obvious doubles in less than ideal circumstances or places on the floor.

Maybe Randle is Knicks best player with Knox, but the last double made no sense even if I couldn’t make them pay. I love CPU forcing him to his right hand

After three quarters, I have to agree, they seem to be toned down.
The full court double team is still in, but reduced. Portland doubled LeBron in the second quarter, but stopped in the third.

Good thing is, I don´t see them double the PG anymore.
Pre Patch/Tuning Update the AI sometimes doubled the PG randomly even if he wasn´t "hot".

I'm still getting PG doubles. Not full-court ones so far, but still excessive and overused. I think it either will need to be tuned further or this is mostly placebo so far.
