The 7'3 speed dilemma(stamina is broken)

The speed differential seemed pretty good when the game first released, but a few days in, a patch came out and made it to where everybody moves at virtually the same speed.

I can't stand how the speed differential is tuned right now. It just makes tall players and unathletic archetypes even more overpowered since their statistical weakness (low athleticism ratings) is being covered up by a badly tuned speed difference slider.

I made a 6'2" slasher with 95 speed based on how the game played on day 1 and now he runs just as fast as 6'10" stretch bigs in the open court.

Also 7'1" should be the maximum allowed height for created centers. Porzingis is the only current NBA player over 7'1" who gets significant minutes, and even he is struggling to stay on the court due to injuries.

True. I played in the first few days with my 7”3 290 guy and definitely noticed a difference between him And guards.

Mike Wang gotta hold this L for that.

Love the work he has done, but that change was so shortsighted, and has completely undone all of the great work he's done elsewhere.

I was wondering why I am never open even with an open lane now I'm 90 OVR (85 speed), when I was beasting on opening weekend with my 70 OVR dude lol

Yeah I made my 7’3 dude and even with a lower block rating and only bronze rim protector, I managed 7 blocks in 18 minutes (I’m still a bench player). I never managed that with my 6’10 Center in a full game despite having 20 higher rated block and Gold Rim Protector. Even having 30 less speed, acceleration and vert I have no problem switching and closing out on shooters inside the arc. I went end to end on a break after stealing it from Patty Mills in the same game.

I believe the max player speed was dropped, in career my player with 99 speed+ 99 acceleration+95 speed with ball feels much slower after the latest tune.
