Have you actually launched the game with that profile yet? 2k20 won't show up as an option for an account unless that account has previously been signed into the game.

I visited the site before launching the game for the first time, so it seems like it pulled that cached version even after opening the game. I logged in on an incognito window and now the tab appears. Thanks!

how do I create a new jersey in the away (2nd) slot or alternate (3rd) slot only, with keeping the teams original jersey for home? I've downloaded jerseys that have successfully done that but cannot seem to figure it out in doing it myself...THANKS in advance

I uploaded a few images and they arent showing up. Most are SEC, ACC, NCAA tournament logo's and they arent showing up when I search my gamer tag. Does the game not allow those type of images?

Are you sure you uploaded to 2k20 and not a previous game, like 2k19 or 2k18?

Does anyone have a User ID for a Knicks statement jersey? I'm playing the Knicks in a My League mode but made the mistake of trying out jersey designs before I knew that you can't reset your original jersey.

I started a new My League to re-download the original Knicks jerseys, but now the statement jersey's don't show up at all. The statement jersey option is invisible.

Has anyone recreated it? Couldn't find any when i searched.
