NBA 2K12 for me this is the title I look at it not only had different teams across multiple decades it also changed the cameras how they looked back in different era’s truly groundbreaking. Bill Russell playing him in black and white and 76er’s during the 70’s and my pistons with those awful short shorts dang near daisy dukes this was surely a complete title. It also had albeit not in the title DaCzar haven strategy session on you tube that’s what’s happen family!

I'm picking 2K20. I know I'm in the minority, but since I'm mainly offline guy, I have to go with this year's game. What I'm always looking for is what can best replicate real life basketball and sure MyTeam or MyCareer cheesers can ruin that for you, but Outside of those modes, the work the devs put in this year shines through. Everything I asked for from 2K20 pre-launch was delivered and more. I love learning freelances, running offenses, building teams in MyLeague, even the offline grind in MT is more fulfilling. Other than pre-VC days, and 2K14's initial next-gen graphics, 2K17's on-ball steals, and the ability to create custom Play Now teams I don't miss anything about old 2K games. 2K20 is incredible and I can't wait to play 2K21 on the new consoles.

I completely agree, I'm another offline only person and I think we see a different game and don't have several of the annoyances.
I also pick 2K12 but only because of the historic element.

I also picked NBA2k20. I dont get all the hate for NBA2k20. I think some of these people who are complaining, would complain regardless, sadly some people aint happy unless they are complaining.


Ive voiced by displeasure plenty on the issues with this game, and they are for the most part the same flaws this game has always had. So Im by no means a NBA2k fanboy, as it upsets me that 2k continues to ignore the same issues every yr with this game.



There is some things, that previous NBA2k games did better, but as a whole, for someone like myself who plays offline MyLeague only, NBA2k20 is the best basketball game overall, to date.

1 thing I really love is the shot blocking this yr, its the best its ever been or looked. Having a rim defender like Myles Turner actually means something this yr, and you dont have to hurry to change onto him, to stop a shot at the rim like in yrs past. I typically always play on ball D, but this yr, I dont feel like I have to try to switch to Turner quickly to try and stop the CPU at the rim. Likewise I also like how the CPU will meet me at the rim, and block my shot.


With slider tweaks, NB2k20 plays a pretty good game of basketball. You can also improve the gameplay with roster edits to tendencies, and I get we shouldnt have to edit roster tendencies, that should be the job of the roster guys at 2k, and its BS that 2k does such a poor job with tendencies, but atleast were given the ability to edit those tendencies, unlike it use to be.
