In 2k19 I would always get Vince Carter as a coach after he retired. He would show up in the coach pool right away every single time. Now in 2k20 it seems like he never shows up. Did they change this or what

I think players show up a year after they retire. I might be wrong though.

Related to this, we really need more real assistant coaches. And more importantly, we need fired head coaches to be willing to accept assistant positionsComment

Ahem... ryan saunders has been coaching at the highest level for TOO long to accept a position as a lowly assistantComment

I think they retire, take a year off, and then become assistant coaches in 2K20.
In past years, I would always hire Paul Pierce and eventually make him Brad Stevens' successor once he was done with coaching lol.Comment

with a New modding Tool for PC you can now add ANYONE who has a model/cyberface in the game to the coaching Pool. thats really great. from Real coaches like Mike krzyzewsky or George karl to players like Ron artest, vasilis spanoulis or sim bhullar, to"celebrities" like travis scott or ronnie2k, everyone is possible.Comment
