My league possession results help
Having trouble getting so sim stats to where I’d like them. I’ve tried sets from here etc and messed with them a little. BUT I’m having a lot of trouble with the fouls (mainly FT numbers) and turnovers is killing me.
I’ve set the turnover slider to 99 and the turnover distribution to 99... Although how does 2k decide who “top turnover” guys I don’t know since I don’t really see a stat for it... I’ve looked up what contributes to it but that doesn’t play out in sims IMO. Anyways, when I do get turnover numbers to match real life it almost always doesn’t coincide with who would handling the ball most or really go along with usage %.
Now with fouls and foul shots it’s not too bad. It’s just hard to get guys like harden, Anthony Davis, and all the top free throw getters to the line at a rate they do in real life. If I get the lakers to 25 FTs in a game that should usually be topped by Davis and James (usually I know that can’t mean always) but instead I’ve got Danny green and rondo shooting 5 FTs each.
