2K21 needs to be completely positionless.

The developers have the "knowledge".
Regardless of how it's delivered to them pos/neg, I think ppl
wanna see legit change. IMHO I'm waiting for other (basketball)
aspects of the game to catch up with the graphics and gameplay.
Really wanting gameplay kinks to get ironed out asap!

This is true. But if people are going to keep going for the best ratings,like having 3 PGs on the same team, why not? We already get SFs at the 4 quite a bit. I've run the 5 on my SF with randoms before. I'm just saying... We're halfway there already.

I think we suggest things that would be great if 100% of the 2k community were players like you and me. A suggestion like this would hurt players who purposely make SGs to play off the ball. If guard play were TRULY positionless you’d have taller guards occasionally running PG even if they made a Kyle Korver type player.



In your suggestion is who plays what position random or are you locked into the position you grade highest in?

If you have 6'7 guard VS a 5'7 guard, the one with the higher passing rating should get the 1 spot. It would suck on the defensive end, but if someone wants to be that small to be quick and shoot, why wouldn't he want to be at the 2? I'll tell you why... He only made that player to run around and Jack shots. Whereas, if he wants to shoot then let the guy who plays the 1 dish him the rock.

I just made a slashing playmaker PG. There's only been a handful of times running with randoms that i haven't been the 1 with 88 passing and ball handling. It was bad every time.

I'm not saying I'm the goat PG. But I'm pretty good at seeing the open man. And now that I'm not facing 95+ squads every game running a 2-3, I'm much more confident in getting the ball out of my hands. Every game I've been at the 1 with randoms ive had 10+ assists unless i had a favorable match up to score. I've only played 10 career games and have unlocked 12 playmaking but only 6 finishing badges. What does that tell you?

The better idea may be them classifying players similar to APF 2K8
whereas you have Gold star/tier players, Silver tier/star players, & Bronze
tier/star players. Turn the badges to their abilities or something to that effect.

Positionless basketball to me would be any starting five avg. a double double.
