Also, they NEED more events for JRC like they do for the Park. The Park is so fricking overrated as a game mode.

JRC - AI Teammates
I wish that they would give us an option where you can play with only bots against live competition, and the bots are chosen by the matchmaking process. This would be probably be more fun for PGs for obvious reasons, but I wouldn't mind seeing it implemented.

Re: JRC - AI Teammates
The AI defensively is already super OP. You want to be able to make players face them more? When my match up quits it makes me want to quit. Unless I'm the PG then i can get past them every time. But when I'm off ball i HATE being guarded by an AI. -

Meh the AI goes by tendency that the users has.
They might have better spacing and will share the ball more but dear god they also will take the worst shots ever lol
Its actually great if they are shooters and you have a big as everyone will swarm you ,so easy assists .
They certainly need more event.
Barely see double rep and such.

Re: JRC - AI Teammates
If people's skills are really elite, then they should be able to handle a team of bots and 1 human player. Ironically, I won a game the other night after being down 14 points, and my entire team quit. I came back to win that game. Reflecting on my record, I think I have a winning record when I have a team full of AIs versus a team of humans. The thing that I like about the AI...they play within the flow of the offense pretty nicely....no ego.Comment

Re: JRC - AI Teammates
I play against the AI in MyCareer...the AI is not that difficult. You can't have it both ways. You complain about human players using the 2-3 zone and passing lane steals being OP. However, you're stating now that the AI is too OP in man-to-man defense. Personally, I rather have the defense of the AI who plays their man versus having human players scrambling around trying to deflect/tip/steal every pass or attempting to steal the inbounds pass on every possession.

No bro. There's a difference between you playing career against AI, that's your choice. I went in to play against humans. If 3 of your teammates quit, you should lose automatically.Comment

Re: JRC - AI Teammates
Oh yeah, you won that game because the AI never leaves shooters, they pick up on switches perfectly. We played on our 95+ characters last night, had a team down by 20 in the first half. 3 of them quit and ended up winning by 1. That's trash. If you lose over half your team, you should automatically lose. There should be an automatic forfeit. Because at that point, you're not beating us. The AI is literally taking our shooters out of the game. The 61 OVR 7'3 that quits within the first 5 minutes shouldn't all the sudden play like a 99 with HOF badges. The dude who left me open the entire first half quits so i go from 30 points in 2 quarters to 2 points down the stretch?

Re: JRC - AI Teammates
Actually, I won multiple games with just only the AI, but how what you're suggesting is even fair? If I'm man enough to stay in the game despite my scary teammates quitting and win, then I earned that win. If my opponent can't adjust to the AI playing real offense and defense instead of relying on the stupidity of my previous teammates, how is that my problem? When I'm matched up against an AI defender, I don't feel like my game changes. The only difference is that my matchup stays with me instead of chasing the ball everywhere on the court. It's like you're complaining about the zone when passes are being picked off, but you love the zone when you're scoring on open looks.
No bro. You're getting an advantage when the CPU quits. That's not you "being man enough". Your game doesn't change because you're PG. I've already stated that the only position that isn't really effected by AI is the PG because i can get passed them easier actually. When you're playing off ball the CPU doesn't leave you. Matter of fact, if i step behind the 3 point line to shoot a limitless 3 on the hash, the CPU will play me above the 3 line. If my teammate sets an offball screen the CPU will adjust quickly. You literally get to stand and space with the CPU that's it. My game is over when my match up quits at a wing position. At the center, when someone quits regardless of the original players rating, the CPU boxes out ridiculously well. They'll box before the shot goes up. They get crazy offensive putbacks. But regardless, if your teammates quit, i didn't come in to play aI teammates. You should automatically forfeit if your teammates leave.Comment

Re: JRC - AI Teammates
Agree to disagree. Just because my teammates are scared to take a loss after playing stupid for the first 1-2 quarters, doesn't mean that I'm going to be a p*ssy too. At the end of day, I'm just one person with 4 AI teammates. I don't play this game to give away free wins.Comment

Re: JRC - AI Teammates
AI defense in 2K is the most OP thing in the game. There's a reason why so many people play off ball defense in PNO and MyTeam. If you play off ball on offense and are a shooting build, it's virtually impossible to score without a screen once your opponent leaves in JRC.
Off topic, but 2K needs to give us the option to change match ups again in the JRC.Last edited by YungGun; 03-25-2020, 06:04 AM.Comment
