In one of my rosters (2011-2012) I've created, players will fall off like real life and stuff but I only have troubles with Kobe and Dirk. I have Kobe's peak end at 33 (he's 32) and Dirk's peak end at 35 (he's 33) but they won't fall off when they reach these ages in myleague.

What I did was increase the attribute regression sliders for all athleticism ratings further than on default settings. That way they will loose their athleticism much faster when they are too old.


I still have once in a generation players like LeBron who stay above average/elite players until high age, but on the other hand a guy like westbrook or harden who decline pretty heavily and end their careers as end of bench guys (same like Vince Carter did in reality).
