The Madden soundtracks have been awful for almost a decade now, with the last decent one being Madden 12 way back on the 360 / PS3.


Even with the awful Madden soundtracks with new wave rap/trap/hip-hop/mumble songs, I could always count on 2k to bring out some good hits, even if they were unknown. Just about every hip hop songs on the older 2k's were pretty awesome too, about the only annoyance was having to listen to Santigold for 8 years straight lol.



That ended in 2k19 & the soundtrack has been diluted & catered to nothing but teenagers now unfortunately.


Having the Strokes is definitely a win, but the rest is real shaky.

I think that when the soundtracks are revealed each year, that’s when I feel my age. I’m good with hip hop but I’m out in the cold on all of these tracks. Doesn’t bother me at all. Sometimes I find a few I like. Usually, I disable a lot.
