If you want 2K21 next gen then yes you would need to purchase it. But if you wanted to just play 2K21 old gen (the one you already own) on your Series X, you can without buying it again.

I've heard people say it could be the TV settings that are being used at the time. Also, in my experience using gray can be tough. I'll use a color app to get the color code for a specific gray but when I enter that code in the game it will come out more light blue. The same goes with purple. I'll try to enter a code for a dark purple and it comes out looking more of a dark blue.
