I fouled a guy on a 3 point shot in mycareer on an aggressive jumping close out. First time I can remember. Haven’t played enough to know if that’s consistent though.

I tweak my own. I have not settled on a specific set, being that we are in the beginning phase of 2K21 and quite often I am making small changes here and there. But, I do notice certain numbers that I keep even while making changes allows me to still see them. Oh and I play on Hall of Fame because of the aggression it adds.
I'm not on my system right now, but I will gladly share them with you.

I will say this before I am able to dive into what sets I am using as again I am constantly tweaking in the middle of games for my best fit and it might not fit your style but these particular Slider/Numbers are must haves even if you tweak other categories to your style:
-Most important are labeled with must have* or best number*
OFFENSE
Contact Shot Success: (unsure but currently using 0)
Ball Security: 1 (CPU only)
Body-Up Sensitivity: 51(must have*)
Pass Speed: 50
DEFENSE
Jump Shot Defense Strength (Gather): I have used 50, 73, 75, &100 ( I prefer between 73 and 100 but must remain between 50 and 100) *currently using 100
Help Defense Strength: 75 (must have* when it comes to jump shot fouls. I am not saying it does not occur on any other number but I found it to most likely occur with 75)
ATTRIBUTES: 50
TENDENCIES: 50
FOULS
Over the Back Foul Frequency: 75
Charging Foul Frequency: 75 (best number*)
Blocking Foul Frequency: 80 (best number*)
Reaching Foul Frequency: 100
Shooting Foul Frequency: 100
Loose Ball Foul Frequency: 60
Illegal Screen Frequency: 50
MOVEMENT:
Speed with Ball (Max rating): 70
Speed with Ball (Min rating): 50
Acceleration with Ball (Max rating): 70
Acceleration with Ball (Min rating): 50
Speed without Ball (Max rating): 75
Speed without Ball (Min rating): 50
Acceleration without Ball (Max rating): 75
Acceleration without Ball (Min rating): 50
With Movement sliders I have tried 2 different sets that I prefer. With both sets, My minimums are never set below 50 Slower players desperately need the boost. I have also seen a few charging and blocking fouls with the one below.
...so here is the other Movement option which may be a little bit slower for some liking:
MOVEMENT:
Speed with Ball (Max rating): 50
Speed with Ball (Min rating): 50
Acceleration with Ball (Max rating): 50
Acceleration with Ball (Min rating): 50
Speed without Ball (Max rating): 75 or 70
Speed without Ball (Min rating): 50
Acceleration without Ball (Max rating): 50
Acceleration without Ball (Min rating): 50
...again I have several sets and have not settled yet as I am toggling between them, but those categories mentioned above normally remains the same and are most preferred.

I forgot to add, for User 3pt success I use nothing lower than 66. (66-70 though 70 may be too high for some). But CPU tends to get aggressive when having USER at those numbers and it may be because they are afraid of you having a higher chance of success.
I have CPU at 60 though I have fouled cpu at 58 as well.Comment

I made a couple of boneheaded mistakes during clutch which caused me to lose the game to the Rockets. Harden came alive in 2nd half and dropped 42 on me.
