Not at all!

Actual developments for the consumer is in no way a part of the 2k business plan, besides getting you to buy the game(s) for the year on launch.

They should have at least enabled a total or partial VC refund to be used for next gen. Like a one time use where you lose you myplayer on current gen and can use the VC spent on them on a new next gen myplayer.
