Teammate grade messed up?

Hey all!

So I played through Rookieville, and my teammate grade average was a C-.

But I never ended a game below a B.

Does your rookieville average stay at a c- until the city or something? Because I am usually pretty proud of my teammate grade (hovers between an a and an a- on 2k21 on the one) and I hate seeing it so low.

(PS Where on earth can you buy regular, non pattern sleeves for city games?)
