Rep up past rookie. It’s dumb. I don’t play in the park or the city, just the NBA season portion and I can’t get any accessories because of it.

I was wondering about this. This is absolutely stupid - I don’t play online, but yet I’m FORCED to in order to even acquire a portion of the game? Just stupid ....

You need to reach Pro I. I made this guide:

how many games do you have to play before you get out of rookieville?

I'm doing a myCareer and made it to the NBA and realized THAT unlocks the gatorade training facility

You need to do a team practice on the sched, do the drills, then use one of the exits to get there which is good to get a speed boost etc..

So now myplayer is a bit better suited for the NBA.

I'm guessing that if you did the park thing, you could probably go to the training facility whenever you want but idk

This is torture for me. I haven't played Park in 4 years & I wasn't planning on playing it this year.

I don't want to be forced to play a mode I don't like to get access to what I need.

Hopefully this does not return in the next iteration.

Yeah no idea why they tied in certain part of this mode to make you play online with people. I do not like playing online in this game like that.

It's tied to your "rep" so once you hit Pro 1 you don't have to do it again.

At least like 8-10 or so. Definitely not as quick as I would’ve liked.

I don't like that they did this as some others in this thread have said I only ever play in the NBA MyCareer mode so it's annoying. I did get to Pro 1 in probably 10 games or so not sure I didn't count. It goes faster if you win, but we all know how that is in pick up games. If you have friends you can team up with to do it then you probably get it done faster.

People don't like playing with 60s and that sucks. Like I'm trying to get out of Rookieville too and you just want to hang around like bruh get on the open spot and lets play this game to get the hell out of this place.
