No Vibrating or Dual Sense on PS5

I just installed NBA 2k21 on my PS5 and realized that there is no vibrating or dual sense while playing ... is this function broken?

I have the same issue here. Is this something that needs to be fixed in a patch? Every time I take a jumpshot there is 0 vibration.

I am assuming you already made sure you turned the option on in controller settings?

Yeah I’ve been up and down the settings menu and vibration setting is on. It worked on current gen but doesn’t work on next gen for the PS5 at least.

I'm having an issue that only just started where I keep hearing a clicking sound now when in game from my controller when in possession. Is anyone else having this problem?

I've had to turn off trigger effect. It's not my controller that's faulty as It works perfectly in other games

The vibration worked fine when the game came out, but one of the recent patches killed it. I rely on that for my shot timing, so hope they fix it soon.
