Why Do AI Players Line Up One Foot Outside Their Shooting Range?

How about when you are playing NBA games and shooters sit literally 1 step outside of their range. Like dudes are wide open and on purpose the game has then spot up 1 step outside of their range.

Thats been happening for years and I dont get it. If my player knows he doesnt have limitless range why is he purposely standing 1 step outside his range?

They also need to have more shooting fouls. You can just sprint out for a contest right into the shooters stomach and touch them with no penalty whatsoever.

It’s so many fundamentals of the game that I thought would be fixed with this next gen capability. Pretty much the same game so far. What exactly did the extra power allow them to do?

Can you please lower inside shot percentage. No one misses in the paint. Everything is automatic right now. Where is the updates for this game? Patch? Something

haha, how many years you played 2k and you just figured this out?



I've not been a fan of 'screwing the user' forced realism, but that's the way they are going with it.



All these 'necessary evils', I would rather the cpu have dribble gawd skills and a perfect release on every jumper than deal with some of the ridiculous-ness that happens.



It'd be different if things followed momentum and your players got rattled, yknow? But it doesn't.
