How do you get moments Luka Doncic w/o buying?

Naive, I guess, but can't find an answer online, How are people getting the "Moments" Luka Doncic to be able to sell in the Auction? I don't see how you're supposed to get him? Can anyone answer, please?

You don't. People get him in packs and then sell him. Or people buy him from the auction house using MT.

To be specific, Luka was available in a 'Moments' pack which was only available for 24 hours last Thursday.

Oh ok, thanks to both who answered. Don't recall seeing the moments packs, which is why I missed it and was confused. Can't believe I missed that. Thanks again for the replies.
