As much as I sympathize for Czars situation and I hope people understand my comment has really nothing to with him because I dont want to seem insensitive. If the reason there isnt any changes is all because of Czars personal situation, something's wrong in the hierarchy at 2k.

They made 1 billion dollars off 2k last year. Only 1 guy works there that can do what he does? I dunno. If that's true that's some bad management. lol

I agree and I was baffled when I heard about this yesterday. All this money and a AAA company and you can’t find enough people or I’m sorry comitees and teams of developers assigned to gameplay offense and defense? Somethings off there and something tells me the whole story ain’t being told. God bless czar and I pray he makes a full recovery but this isn’t a indie company and how exactly is he in charge of offense and now defense without having time lapses between patches and below quality updates. So if his health had him incapacitated for a very long period of time would we not have any patch at all? Also didn’t wang just say he was nerfing charges this patch is that in the actual patch notes or is it something else we have to guess about with these patches? Incredible man!!

From my understanding over the years, it seems like they have individuals (Lead Developers) that handles specific parts of the game. In my head (for example), if the roster guy is out, then it's a wrap for roster updates for a short while. Da Czar handled the AI for offense and defenses (this being his first year), so if he's gone, then there's no "2nd man in charge" to step in and fill in his shoes.
