Lavine is having a better shooting year than both, but you'd be delusional to think that Mitchell and Booker aren't making the All-Star Game this year. Even with Gobert making it, Mitchell should be a near lock as the first option on the best team in the league

Booker should make it, it's not like his stats are terrible, and he's the best player IMO on that Suns team. CP3 might be the most important, but Booker is their guy

I agree that stats don't tell the whole story, but right now the stats are creating a different story contrary to popular belief. To me, it's a videogame. If we're actually scouting for a real basketball team, then I would agree with you that you have to look beyond the stats. In NBA 2K, most ratings and tendencies can backed up by stats...particularly advanced stats.

I would agree.... before this update, in myleague, I've seen on myleague social he's set records for most 3s in a game (team) and having just played POR last game, the last thing he needed to worry about was clutch an anything

That said, it's not like he takes that skill and chokes in clutch either.

One thing too, the base ratings will change during gameplay, improving full letter grades or sliding based on tons of factors.

And if anyone plays league, even offline, you'll see team chemistry sink players (I've seen -4 at times) and prop the whole team up.

Truthfully splitting hairs over +1 between players would be invisible in the game.
