Re: This is the respect that 2K Sports has with its customers.

Title a little misleading.

You requested a request to the wrong group and they supplied you with the correct direction for your request.

So you decided to blast the technical support guy.

Now my question is who disrecpected who?

Now you know and knowing is half the battle.

Stop hassling this poor guy.

LOL. I'm looking at the moment when you'll say it's MY fault for not receiving a confirmation email...

"BLAST" the technical support guy?

Some of you are really amazing.

I talked about a GAME issue, the support guy told me to go to the 2K forum and post it there (even though it's just "TRY IT, WE DON'T CARE")

I log into the 2K forum and I can't receive confirmation email on TWO DIFFERENT EMAILS, but still my fault?

It really must be ...

Look,

I also serve people, I also work on the internet.

When a CUSTOMER looks for a company and talks to the support guy, they expect to be HELPED!

I understand the fact that support was unable to resolve the issue of the verification email, but I don't understand that it doesn't direct me to any place that can help me. Itīs YOUR WORK!

Imagine that: Your Hamburger at McDonalds is wrong and when you complain at the cashier the attendant says: Sorry, this is a problem for kitchen guy, I can't help you!

I'm not necessarily saying it's your fault. You just need to stop hassling the guy who has now said, on multiple occasions, that he is not the person who can help and start to explore other options. I'll ask a fourth time: *Have you checked spam?*

Let me tell you a secret... most of these huge companies contract tech support services to 3rd party companies. They have flow charts of problems they can troubleshoot on their end, but for anything else they push you to a different channel.

Re: This is the respect that 2K Sports has with its customers.

I've created an account at 2K forums and so far I have not recieved the email to confirm my account either. I'll let you know if I recieve it or not but there may be an issue with their forums or a conflict with gmail.
