Ability to disable badges?

Is there a way we can disable badges so they’re cosmetic? I’d rather the ratings do the talking.

Or do I have to remove every badge from every player? Lol

It did for me. I took away the wormer badge for every rebounder. It all took. Also took away a bunch of Harden's badges, Jarrett Culver's badges, and a couple other guys.

1. Go to "Rosters" and enter quick edit mode.

2. If you are in MyLeague, either left trigger or right trigger until you have the list for every player in the league. I believe it may work from the Roster Creator screen as well after the initial game-boot, but I am not 100% on that.

3. On Xbox-One hit "Y" until you have all the badges listed on screen for editing.

4. Hit "A" and highlight the first column. You are ready to edit the badge listed at the top of the column for all players listed on the left (and any offscreen underneath them).

5. I believe you pull down on the right stick and the badges will disappear. It only takes 4 pulls to remove every badge in the column; I just pull down continuously and can tell by the sound effect that I have reached four without having to count.

6. Move right to the next column and repeat. Do this for each column you want to remove badges from if it is one column or up to all of them.

I do this on the first day of a new season in MyLeague. I think this feature has been there for three years now, and I am so thankful for it. I think the badges are good for Park and Pro-Am but distort gameplay from a simulation viewpoint when going against the AI.

Inside of MyLeague you can quick edit all players on the roster, it is glitched in the actual roster creation screen where you can only quick edit one team at a time however.

Re: Ability to disable badges?

I play MyLeague so whenever I play a team I'll remove the badges accordingly. However, I was thinking of making my own roster with a badge concept I've had in mind. They could be useful for the elite players (LeBron, Kawhi, etc).
