I've seen three others with this problem, has anyone else encountered this?
I got the physical Anniversary Edition from Best Buy for PS4 which is supposed to come with the code for the digital 2K22 on PS5. Instead it just gave me the digital version for PS4.
I went back and exchanged the game for another copy, redeemed the codes again (this time from the PC instead of the console), and the same thing happened again. Still no PS5 version.
I emailed 2K support but they're known not to respond for weeks, their live chat is down, and I literally can't get into Sony support. I have no idea what to do.
Any ideas?
