I made a post about the same thing.

It’s manual this year. Back the guy up in the post,
keep L neutral (don’t touch!) and half circle the right stick in the direction you want to go.

For example:

Embiid posts up Lopez, back to the basket. Embiid’s left hand is adjacent to the out of bounds behind the basket. You take the right stick and aim it towards the player bench and quickly move the analog stick half circle counter clockwise towards the basket: this input will have Embiid spin left shoulder and around Lopez to drive the basket.

If you do the same thing opposite. Right stick aimed toward the bench and half circle analog stick counter clockwise, Embiid will spin to his right, with a trajectory nearest the free throw line.

Sorry, creative writing— been awhile but I hope you can read and visualize. I do not know how to make video tutorials lol.
