I'm guessing this is for next gen as current gen still hasn't had an update except for a roster update but the Thunder still don't have DJ Wilson on the roster.

I’m pretty sure it’s the new one as Steph has the buzz cut now. THANKFULLY all new scans and changes apply to already created and modified rosters.
