The key to defense is not to play too close or too far. For this particular move you have to notice the signs that a player is about to do it then blitz him with your hand in his face.

I wouldn't argue. They're always going to be that group of people that believe that these NBA players do it 100% of the time and are 100% effective.

Curry, Harden, even slower players like Luka have pretty nasty stepbacks that the league doesn't know how to deal with, why is this a problem when the animation is working as expected? In real life, you either crowd the dribbler and let him blow by your or dare him to shoot...

Like someone already said, dribbling over and over without becoming fatigued needs to be addressed. The move isn’t that bad but being able to do it over and over and over in one possession until it works is silly.

I can proud take these kind of jokes and "you played bad defense". But that first link. Hell NO... If I keep seeing players like this. I might stop playing.

No no... I have to. We're not teaching anything here if we let people think that is the norm. You might see something like that once a year if not every other year. He did that ALL GAME LONG.

And that is probably the angriest moment for me. Is that Curry I think came out of the game once. Meanwhile KD was completely gassed on my side. I gave him rest.

I'm sorry Poke I couldn't tell if that was a joke or not. You can't blitz the ball handler.

You see this below. If the user used this kind of move to beat me. MAN this game would be in another level for me. The funny thing is that. He's just reading the defense. But in my first video. He's just waiting for me to make a mistake.

Edit:
Like this seems more up my alley as well. DHO-Momentum Cross-Stepback

That's 3 moves!! The first video i posted he did 5-6 stepbacks.

He set you up with the fake drive. Had you not fell for it you would have had time to close out better. I stop this a lot in the park 3v3 2v2 and 1v1 but then again my player has custom speed and defense attributes and badges unlike in play now

You got to be dreaming here.

I really don't know how they expect anyone to defend this nonsense.

Curry Slides
https://youtu.be/eHmVEM2JJIk

Zigzag
https://youtu.be/4cbeOz5k77Y

That's the best part. I tried everything that we talked about vs a player like this. I had Kawhi and PG on him. Forced him baseline, Forced him middle, The only effective thing was double teaming him. But he was ready for that. Because he'd pass and then pass it back to Curry

What is funny is that he tried this with Thompson once. He hit a 3. Then he tried it again. And then I ripped him twice. So it obvious comes back to those badges. It's got to be Handle for Days and others. Curry doesn't play like this!!! Period!! Vs a mismatch yes!! But vs every player in the league. Come on now SMH.

Here are all of his 3 pointers from last year.
https://youtu.be/bEyikzFluiE
It's not like you can't get Curry open with off the screen shots. I'd give him a Hof off the ball badge. But this **** needs to end!! You want to play like this in street ball. That's fine. This guy took 34 three pointers. He hit 18 of them.

Sorry I keep posting in here. But if you had to use Curry like this. https://youtu.be/SOl2R-SN2DE

I wouldn't be mad one ****ing bit. These user are so dedicated to learning these advance moves. But simply can't read a defender. What they wait for is the defender to get tried .

The only people that should have HOF handles for days is Kyrie, White Chocolate and one other player I can't think of right now.

How many times did he isolate last night?
https://youtu.be/XX5D8FPxGMQ once? Twice? ...Not the entire game...

Ikr, it's like you got an unseen hof medusa badge. defensive movement needs an overhaul or boost of some sort. doesn't seem like they use that mo-cap info, or he animation stops with no transitional animations to make it seem realistic.
like when a player celebrates and just rockets up court ella fast. mans went 5 - 70 like he trying to beat that 8 count.
