Are your Help D sliders (in coach slider settings) working properly?

I’ve seen some guys say the sliders work now (where 100 brings more help D), I saw some guy/s months ago say it was working in the opposite direction (where 0 brought more help D) and I’ve seen guys say the slider is broken and does nothing.

I feel like driving is easier than ever this update and some guys I can just turbo spam like 2K21.

I’ve been playing with those settings and feel like they do nothing. At one point I felt like I was seeing better help D with the slider at 0. But maybe that was placebo. Either way, I can say with certainty I’m not seeing a drastic difference between 0 and 100 which leads me to believe it’s broken.

Sucks cause I really need that extra help when I’m driving otherwise I just coast to the basket.

Does look like they work, I tried 25,50 and 100. Same issue with no help coming on players driving to wide open basket.

Idk about those, but the defensive settings, especially, off ball guarding (gap, leave them) doesn't seem to work for me

Wouldn’t that imply it doesn’t work? Yeah I see no difference from 0-100 on help coming to players driving to wide open basket. What do you notice that’s different between 0-100?

Ugh it’s driving me nuts. Exactly like 2K21 now in that regard.

Are your help D sliders still doing anything? Can’t see a difference from 0-100 and can’t get guys to stop my path to the rim.

They seem to do less than pre-patch but maybe that’s just placebo…… what’s weird is at times they play the drive pretty well but other times it’s like the video lol not sure what happened that would’ve caused that

Yeah I might just keep them at standard setting just to not drive myself nuts. I could’ve sworn I saw maybe better D when I had it at 0. But I feel like it’s placebo and changing the slider isn’t doing much. Maybe try 0 and see what you think. Curious if you notice a difference.
