We are monitoring and fixing issues in this thread.
Thanks for your patience.
The upgrade is complete, but you've probably noticed the forums are only showing posts up to about April 8. Posts made after that are still in the process of being moved over, and that should take another week or two. Feel free to start a new thread.
The site might feel a little slow while work continues. Engineers are staying on it through the night to get things moving faster again. Thanks for your patience.

No. There haven't been in-game injuries for years (technically they exist, but it's glitched to the point where they happen almost never; I've seen two in three years of playing).
EDIT: As for a solution, I think a lot of people just choose to mix playing and simming, so that your players can get hurt in sim games. Or you can manually assign injuries using the MyLeague Random Event Generator (search Google for it on these forums).
Ive had injuries in my league. It only happened when i turned it injury sliders for my up to 100. Wasnt nothing seriours, Myles Turner broken nose and was still able to play every game after that.

They especially happen rarely but also when injuries are deactivated....

Isn't the injury slider just for "Season Ending Injuries"

What's funny is that a non-serious injury to Myles Turner is the one type of in-game injury (quite possibly a broken nose, but I can't remember) that I've seen in 2k22 so far.
Yea when I first got the game I had an injury in the first game or two. I thought cool maybe they fixed the injuries. It was Mitchell Robinson… broken nose. Now I haven’t played the game a whole lot but haven’t seen an injury since.
FYI - found that decreasing the durability rating gives injuries in-game. Haven't seen an injury in 1 whole season and decreased durability from 50 to 20, first game in AD gets injured lol
I have tried decreasing durability, maxing out injury sliders to 100 and still no in-game injuries. I also simmed about 11 games and didnt have any of my players injured either. I see plenty of other teams players getting injured but not mine, which is weird because I do have control of all teams.
I could honestly care less about the in-game injuries but I do wish we could get some post-game injuries or injuries during training or practice sims. I have thought about doing a random injury generator and manually injuring my players but don't even know where to begin to simulate that probability. You also have to select how many days to injure your player for which I'm not crazy about because I like the thought of not knowing exactly how many days a guy will be injured. I'm seeing if anyone else has any suggestions or tips/ tricks they use?
