Is it possible to turn off 3-second violation in 2k22? My center can't spend 2 seconds in either offense or defense without being called

What gen and system are you using?
In last-gen, one of the rule-change options in the MyLeague offseason is to change it from 3 to 5 seconds, so that's your only option for last-gen consoles. If you're on PC, rule changes like this are moddable, so you're not just restricted to MyLeague offseason rule changes. (You could also mod it so that there are no violations, not just changing from 3 to 5.)
In new-gen, my understanding is that you can modify league rules while setting up your MyNBA league. I don't know if 3-second violations are among the toggleable rules; if not you should be able to change it in the offseason. No idea about rule changes for Play Now on new-gen. You can't change any Play Now game rules like that on last-gen (except by modding on PC).
