SMH do people not know how to mix up their game jesus christ, up and under and turn around jumpers all game. People also know how easy it is to shoot 3's yet will constantly run plays for them. There are only a few people in this thread that will not abuse everything.

Just for arguments sake; if you know what they are going to do, doesn't that make it easier to stop?

Throne2k11 and I just had a game and well lets just say we will agree to disagree on what sim is. He sho a ridiculous amount of escape jumpers. But proceeded to complain about maybe 5 up and unders, and then said I was going turn around jumper crazy. If you dont double a guy in the post and just have the center sitting under the basket to stop me if i go to the lane, and josh smith, al horford or Joe johnson theit back to the basket vs a smaller deder, im gonna take a hook shot, or a turnarond fade, or a shimmy shot. He refused to double in the post and then complained when i did, and finally bailed out of an 8 point game early in the 4th. He said I abused things, but the only thing i abused was his unwillingness to adjust his defense. and the few times he actually did double in the post he did it the wrong way, pulling guys off of hinrich, or crawford for open 3's. He probably could have killed me in the post too, since ill openly admit i can be a bit too aggressive vs good offensive post players myself, but he was too happy taking escape jumpers with randolph or conley at the foul line. which to me while easily defendable is not sim especially when its a shot thats not dropping anyway.

No it doesn't actually, play on Superstar there is no contact and defense doesn't matter. And a turn around jumper is pretty much money with anyone. Defense is based on contact this year and if you cant affect a shot it has a higher chance to do in. People should know better regardless.

hey fellas. so i just played against a dude from the forums. it was great but my question is this... is playing off-ball defense cheese... especially this year when the ball is more absolute and has to be respected... any touch on the ball from a defender can amount to a steal?... i have my view but i wanted to see what some of you thought because if my opinion id rather hear an argument thats valid about it than be ignorant...
