just do them within the scale of how the ratings/attributes are done with our roster.

ive done a few things to add to the roster.
ive created "all division teams"!!

and so far ive updated and improved the ratings and tendencies of 90's west and 90's east. [they were pretty off. particularly the tendencies. urgghh..] if only i did this at the beginning. then your awesome yearly rosters couldve had them.
i will definatley do the 80s legends teams. but im not sure about the others. as that was before my time. and i may not have the patience to study up on their games to make the required changes.
i gave serious thought to adjusting your yearly rosters ratings/tendencies to improve the gameplay but man...thats a lot of work. as you would know.

im sure in a previous roster of ours, there was an MJ in one of the eastern legend teams?
and wheres my boy GP? im sure there was an official payton in the game..i played a whole season with him. but i cannot find him anywhere in our latest roster.
do you know whats the go?
also, it would be nice to have barkley in the 90's west [or east]

i created 6 teams.
the best 12 players of each division. at least 1 player from each team.

as for payton you must be thinking about 2k8, he wasnt on 2k9. if you want to add mj and barkley the dna is up under portlandblazer but gp and kemp are up under portlandblazer2 i think.

once you upload it im going to go through and adjust every players contracts to reflect what they should be for the 09-10 season. i will have to do some guessing for now as to which free agents will re-sign and to what they might be re-signed for. hopefully this process wont be too big of a pain or take that long.

june 15th is the last day for players to pull their name out of the draft so i will finish up creating the draftees and upload them soon after, so far ive created over 40 prospects.

man! going through these decade teams and sifting through their stats etc. im amazed at just how off some of these players are!
many ratings and tendencies are just wacked.
the people who do these ratings must not look at the players career statistics or something...
and the tendencies..wow!
there are many players who hardly took 3s with 3pt tendencies of 70+. lol..
its madness.

and every player has 99 for inside shooting..
madness.

well the next roster wont have updated and improved decade teams.
i had finished doing the 80s and 90s. and decided to add some classic teams using some of portlands yearly rosters.
i did the export team trick. it all seemed to be going nicely. till i loaded the 2000 76ers. then every player named green became nick. and garnett became K.
this is unnaceptable.
i had to erase all my weekends work and re upload the outsiders roster.

so sorry. no updated legends.

portland i will upload the new roster for you to work on and add the draftees in a few days.

yep exporting teams is really screwed up this year, not only do a bunch of peoples names glitch out but the faces of caps go to default. i let 2k know about it before the patch was released but none of it was ever fixed.

sucks about the wasted effort and time, i sometimes have multiple saves to help prevent things like this from happening. given 2ks track record for surprises like this and the amount of times i have had to re-do work because of them, i take extra precaution now.

well as soon as you upload it let me know, i want to get to work on those contracts. the cut off date for underclassmen to withdraw their names from the draft is the 15th and i dont want to have to create too many guys that wont even be in this years draft if i dont have to so i would like to get the contracts done or started now and finish up the draftees between the 15th and 24th.

the legend teams can be worked on later, i assume we will need to do another update not long after the draft anyway as many free agents will be signing with new teams and whatnot.

The reason why they make inside ratings so high is simple, they wanna make a game for everyone, not just for the die-hard sim fans. Pitty for me i'l say but that's the truth.

P.S. Pitty There are no jerseys from the sonics, this is for me a real turnoff. But the bucks gonna be my 1996 sonics, red and green court, green jersey. :-)
