This file is based off the RAZR/Neon/myself roster edits in the previous thread for 2K9. I thought I'd make a new thread so people don't get lost and/or don't check the other thread as often anymore.
Here it is.. but first
The CAPs I didn't put much effort into, especially towards the end because I wanted to get this file out to everyone else. The shot tendencies are somewhat based off of the Neon scale. It's hard to judge exactly what types of NBA players these people will be. My method for basing the shot tendencies was to compare the drafted player with someone similar to their game in the NBA right now. That and the type of offensive system they are in under the coach.
The rosters are about as accurate as you can get as far as trades, offer sheets, signings, etc.. I made a few moves that aren't finalized yet because rumors are stating that many teams won't match the offer sheets. The rumored deals that haven't started the process (Sessions to NY) I did NOT do. Wilcox is on the Pistons, Moon is on the Cavs (still a chance it doesn't happen) and so on..
The rotations are set with the rookies in the rotation. For this to happen I had to release the older players or players who aren't currently signed to any team whether it be because of free agency or contract negotiations. I will stress though, the minutes are not accurate at all. I suggest setting your substitutions to manual and subbing that way for now. It's nearly impossible to predict the types of rotations the coaches will go with due to the unfinished rosters and lack of a system put in place around the rookies.
The coaching playbooks/sliders have NOT been altered since the last update from the other thread by me and RAZR. This may be something I look toward doing in the near future
It's someone else's responsibility to put this on 2kshare, if they want it. Just give credit where's it's due. I put countless hours into this file so I hope you all enjoy it and please leave feedback/comments. After everything that has been done I'm sure there will be a few minor errors that will need fixing. I will continue to update this thread with latest transactions, cap edits (possibly) and everything else that transpires as the offseason continues.
