Mike,

First and foremost... glad to hear your son is doing better. Family is EVERYTHING... most people don't realize this when they're younger - but once you lose a parent or have a child it starts sinking in. I realize some people have crazy families, but I use the term family loosely... could be extended family/friends. I don't have children but can only imagine the true life horror your family went through initially.

Second, mad props on all your work with these rosters. I realize a number of people (props to you all also!) contributed, but as with most projects there needs to be someone to take the lead and you did that and you did it VERY well.

Lastly, I liked your constructive criticism of .... a certain unnamed contributor to this board. While he also has very solid work here, your points were valid, given respectfully and without disdain. Many could learn from your candor without venom...
