i figured somthing out:
1 - go to your nba 2k11 folder and make a backup
2 - delet the whole nba 2k11 folder
3 - set your xbox region to USA and language to english
4 - restart your xbox
5 - start nba 2k11 - watch the intro and when the game starts go to the menu and leave the game (back to the dash) (after your new files were created)

6 - download these files:

after i updated nba 2k11 some of my player names are yellow and red. and there are some minus points. this means that they are injured. does that mean if i don't set the right date on my xbox, that they will be injured the whole time?
normally my players get injured during a season. but now they are injured out of the box. do you know what i mean?

If i'm not mistaken, when using the Living Rosters, if the player is injured in real life, then he will be injured in the game. Normally the Living Rosters update every day or so to reflect the players stats/attributes/injuries in real life. I don't think the date would have an effect, but you would need to update the Living Rosters occasionally for the injured players to become active again. Hmmm, i think that's right but don't hold me to it lol.

@Cosmo; by uploading nba today-living roster-player progression files, don't bother yourself :-) Because stats,''the other day'' scores, etc. won't load.(I mean while playing a match)
Only official roster would be enough. It contains injured players as well.

Even though you delete nba today-living roster-player progression files, today's games will show up anyway :-) If you try it out, you'll understand what I'm trying to say.

@zizoux: i sorry but i don't know exactly what you mean. when the roster is enough - what are the other files for?

nba today--> todays games
living roster - ???
player progression --> stats & injured players (i thought)
