Tutorial: How to Edit Player Models

    Very simple thing.
    1. Go to Roster, Select the Player you want to edit and edit
    2. Go to the panel that shows height, weight etc.
    3. Change the weight up or down one and put it back to the original weight.
    4. Your player should look a bit fatter, but the legs look the same.
    5. Go to shoes, go to away shoes and your player should be a silhouette for a few seconds.
    6. When he returns, voila! New player model!
Hope this helps you roster guys.

Sorry, but what's this good for?

You're saying to change the weight back to the original weight and the body shape also goes back to the original. What are you changing?

This works ...sadly you get only 3 different body types this way.

          skinny
          muscular
          bulky

It's only good for a few players.. Daniel Orton is one I can think of because his model is way too skinny for some reason and setting him back to 255 makes him a big guy

Roy Hibbert is a good example of how this could be useful.

Only the 2k insider can do that man. I used Lebron's white/black/yellow for Kobe and look quite good...
