For people who dont have access to the internet on their PS3, or like me, are new to the game and haven't been able to update their roster due to the issues with PSN. Correct as of 16/3/11. Hope this helps

Erm, it was just the last one I got hold of before PSN went down. I'll update it if not when PSN comes back online

Also it would be appreciated if you do release an updated file once the PSN fiasco gets resolved.

No worries, open it with WINRAR, extract the PS3 folder to your USB.

On the Playstation go to Game > Save Data > USB then copy the roster file.
