I am trying to use XTAF to upload TU files, but when I try to manualy open my USB drive, it tells me "Unhandled exception has occured in your application..." What am I doing wrong?

i feel so stupid in this one.. it's been weeks already! at first i downloaded the files from thelorn i have used modio and xtaf! (first time to use, just following all procedures) i followed all the procedures and suggestions, still i have the annoying black arms and white kobe and lebron freakin shoes...
any suggestions experts?... thanks in advance...
