Thanks! It worked. My original Online Data was saved on my hard drive. No the new Online Data is in the game but I still have these black arms. Any solution?

You need the latest patch(1.04) to fix the black arms issue.

I got the same problem. I don't know where to put the game update.. the topic creator says "anywhere in the usb drive".. but it didn't work for me.. can someone say which is the exact folder?

I disagree! I am not using title update 4 but im still getting a fixed rookie arms. just make sure you dont reharsh and resign the online data..
