Figured I would go ahead and start this year's thread to keep people updated on my progress.

I will be doing draft classes once again this year and once again they will be specifically tuned for use with bedwardsroy19's roster. Right now I'm just in the organizational phase of this project. I'm currently trying to compile a list of what players to include in the 2013 class, and from there I'll begin to enter them into the game and go from there.

Since I got the game on release day instead of December this year, I will be doing 4 years of draft classes instead of 3 like last year. I have no timetable on any of the classes but hopefully the 2013 class can coincide with the release of bed's roster and the 2014-16 classes can be released in the months after.

Please use this thread to ask any questions or make suggestions about the classes.

You can use my 2013 and 2014 rosters as a base. All birthdays are correct (skin color), every bit of info on these guys I could find is in there.

Both rosters have around 65 prospects each. If you worked on their faces more than I did (mine are simple but accurate). You could make your's more detailed.
Change whatever ratings you want and it really shouldn't take you long.
This would save you a TON of time and I don't mind.

SuperMario_29 is my user ID and I don't mind you doing this.

If nothing else, my rosters are a great base at this point. Will save you time.

Progress Update:

I've finalized the list of 80 prospects that will be in the 2013 class and begun to enter them and edit everything except ratings and tendencies for now. Here's the complete list of the guys who made it in. I'll update this post as I progress so check back often to see where I'm at. If a player's name is italicized that means I've begun editing them and likely have everything done except ratings/tendencies. If they're bold red that means they are 100% complete.

He's a power forward in Europe but DraftExpress describes him as a combo forward and a guy that will likely have to play the 3 in the NBA. I have PF as his secondary position on the class. It's probably irrelevant either way because he likely wont be good enough to get drafted. I just threw him in there to have some more international flavor for guys who like to draft foreign guys and stash them for a couple of years.

Same with Nerlens Noel. For some of the freshman do you think you will go in and redo some of their attributes if they need it after watching them play some in college? Kind of like last year where you had a few versions of the draft class?

Either way, keep up the great work! Your classes really made my 2K12 roster that I did a lot easier!

All I know is I can't wait to see what you do with Shabazz Muhammad this year...dude is a freaaaaaaaaaking beast.

You can definitely expect to see him as the highest rated player in the draft by at least 2 or 3 points. I'm thinking 77-79ish.

There will definitely be multiple versions again once we get a good sample size of how guys play in college. For example, I think CJ Leslie is a guy who is going to absolutely explode this year as a Junior and become a top 5 pick, a la Thomas Robinson last year. But the draft gurus aren't that high on him yet, so I'll rate him accordingly in version 1. I'd like to have the 2014 class completed before I begin working on updated versions of the 2013 class though.

He's a SF in college but he's only 6'5". Both Chad Ford and and Jonathan Givony (the only two guys whose opinions I trust all that much) have him listed as a 2 in the NBA. I think he'll have to make the transition to shooting guard if he hopes to stick around in the league.

Somehow I completely overlooked South Dakota State's Nate Wolters. I'm adding him to the class and removing Miami's Kenny Kadji. Hope there aren't any disappointed Kadji fans out there.
