[Tool] NBA 2K13 Roster Editor

Leftos: I have never worked with any of this before so I'm gonna need a bit of help. If you look at my flirting with the 2000s roster thread, you can see that people can't load it because it has downloaded created players (apparent reason it won't work). So can you kind of guide me through what I would need to do to make my roster loadable in the quickest possible way?

I may be not Leftos but I think the thing is that, you have so much CAP (it's a glitch) that you can't have it on 2K Share ONLY offline, If you take a look at MY NBAE roster, there's an average of 3 players that are CAP on 30 teams, so about 90+ players that are CAP and its gonna be glitches for 2K Share.

2K basically removed the following from 2K:

-Hex edited Rosters
-Rosters w/ too many CAPs

So do I have to delete every created player that I downloaded? Can I keep the created players I made myself?

Make an Offline link and hope for the best.

Get a USB, copy your roster in the USB (let's call this 2000s)

Download Horizon and Install It

Open Horizon and make your USB plugged in to the Computer

Find the NBA 2K13 folder and press it and exact the roster you made

The roster should be named on your computer "2000s.ROS"

Make a zip file and upload it to OS as an attachment

Optional:

Download Chrome's NBA 2K13 resigner, make sure your Anti Virus is off and then just open "2000s.ROS" and Save .ROS.

Ever since I downloaded the newest version, I am having problems. It loads the roster, but the roster is all messed up. None of the names are loading and the players positions and data is all scrambled. Can anyone help?
