If you're using Internet Explorer, it says there's something wrong because the tool hasn't been downloaded by enough people on Internet Explorer to be considered "popular" and safe.

If your antivirus claims the file is unsafe, then it's a false-positive. I guarantee the tool isn't programmed to do anything harmful to your computer.

As you can see on VirusTotal.com which uses more than 40 updated virus engines to scan the file, it is completely safe:
