I am really confused. Do you need a USB, flash drive, or both for this? And which download button do you click on the link to the horizon page?

This walk through somewhat over complicates the process. All that needs to be done(in Horizon, at least) is the simple step of replacing the Profile ID of the roster in which you're downloading with your own and saving it to your device(usb). It literally takes 60 seconds max.
