I am having trouble downloading the files. When I download it, it says that it is a "binary file" and not a "ROS." (roster) file. When I go to put it through the resigner it does not show up anywhere and i tried to drag it to file and then put it into my resigner but it did not work. Please Help!

when I click the link it says .ROS

idk if there is a setting you need to adjust on your computer or what but if you can't get that to work there is always the 2KShare route.

I was able to download it just fine as a .ROS either something is needs to be changed with your computer or try using a different internet (chrome, explorer, safari)

also if able 2kshare is the easiest route...

I got the roster, how do I get the shoe file into horizon? Just by dragging it?

I haven't downloaded the roster yet, but judging from the pictures it looks like you have the Heat with white shoes and socks with the "El Heat" uniforms, but they wear black socks and shoes with those.

I use modio but I imagine that would do the trick but there is a set of instructions to get this done correctly in my blog.

Maybe that's the reason why it's not working with the shoe file because it won't let me drag the file into horizon once I download it. So I have to have my shoe file from my Xbox 360 in my flash drive for it to work? And also, the shoe file should be a "DAT file" right?

you have to overwrite your shoe file because you can only have one shoe file on your xbox at a time and yes shoes.DAT
