Difficulties with a Mac and Velocity

I'm very frustrated with my Mac laptop because every time I try to use the roster files for NBA 2K13 in Velocity I get the error message "Failed to resign the package. FILE IO: Error opening the file. Read-only file system." Has anyone else been able to make Velocity work on a Mac?

Having the same troubles. Trying to get NBA 2K13 rosters on a Mac is phenomenally difficult.
