I don't think there's a program for NBA 2k18, but there is a program for the NBA 2k13 and 2k14 games.

Basically I created all the players through the game, edited all contracts, jumpshots etc all through the game it took a long time but at least it keeps old gen alive for people who either don't have money to buy new gen or just doesn't like the new gen games

Hi man! I've updated your roster one more time and it's up to date! I removed the classic players from free agency so it's not a fantasy one I think.
Edited some faces and accesories, trades, corrected every jersey number and rotations, starting squads and almost every player rating, I think people might enjoy it a lot! thanks for your effort man and all of you have a happy new year!
