No slider setting to fix passing?

I've got CPU hands/stealing/awareness/passing lanes down to zero, and human passing at 100, and, being a smart basketball guy, know my passing lanes and all of that, don't make dumb decisions, etc...

Still, with Steve Nash, i end up with some of the most ridiculous turnovers I've ever seen. Is there ANY way to cut down the turnovers with sliders? I mean, 3-1 fast breaks somehow STILL get swatted and picked off. It's getting ridiculous and I'd love to find a way to fix it. Help?

Teams average about 15 turnovers a game. Nash himself almost averages 4 (3.6) in 32 minutes.

So far I blame myself, maybe in a month I'll blame the game.

    Try pass accuracy at 51.

That said, I am not a fan of the passing system. I have tried to pay attention to the white circle, I have tried to be careful/deliberate and I still average about 5 with a PG rated 95 in passing. Of course, I take risks and run occasionally but still. It seems camera relative and sometimes my player will just throw the ball across court when I'm standing in front of the guy I want to dish it to.

Are you using Icon Lead Passing when you pass? That is the number 1 thing to get down. I will add that if you have Total Control Passing turned on you might try to turn it off. I don't know if you like to take control of off-ball players or not, but I feel (yes it may just be me.) that Icon Lead Passing works better with Total Control Passing turned off.

Number 2 would be to change the coaching profiles. In my slider set I have changed all the coach's defensive pressure sliders down by 40%. Don't worry, teams that are supposed to play good defense still do. Try that and see what you get. I think you will like the results.

Let me know if that works for you.

Thanks, I'll try resetting the team sliders. I always use icon passing, and it just seems like there is an unacceptable amount of TO's, with good decisions with good passers. There are a lot of overhead passes and it just seems like the ball doesn't travel fast enough. Maybe it's just the game engine... Other than that I sure love this game.
