I have a league starting and using the SIM Sliders on HOF. Will it be efficient?

If you mean HUM vs HUM yes, it can be efficient. The game on default SIM lacks fouls and turnovers, but if both players are human this shouldn't be a big problem. Watch out for shot success sliders. For Real % they tend to be too low.
