SET 2 UPDATED:

1) cpu pass accuracy lowered to 42 (down from 43)
2) Injury Frequency lowered to 65 (down from 75)

Set 2 is now PERFECT... Must admit I'm pretty damn proud of myself with this set. Every game I play gives something new and different, challenging and sim-like, and lots of fun.

Expect no more updates until a patch drops... Enjoy them!

Do post players play dominant also with sliders inside shot and close at 5
I pass to CPU center wide open or anyone down low and they pass it back out instead of attacking basket

Man, I go away for a few days and I see MK's got a SECOND set of sliders up ... nice! I was really enjoying one of the first versions of the first set, but will give the 2nd set a shot since I was winning every game I played.

For those asking about rosters, I'd recommend Nogster's, since he has addressed the coaching sliders and has run plays at zero for all teams.

I believe it's a game flaw... Probably more attached to rosters than to sliders. You might want to see if the roster you're playing with has the bigs with "pass out" with higher ratings. We've tried about everything...

Here's the problem: raise the inside and close shot and what you'll get are guards who drive to the rim each time. It will NOT create more inside shots from your big men...

If you've got a solution for this let us know... But we've worked a TON on these, and I believe the number of looks, comments and feedback we've gotten here says everything about this slider set.

It's very easy to set the coach profiles to zero which I did, and it really does help to capture a sim-like NBA experience. Playing the heat is a real challenge and it's easy to get on the wrong end of a twenty point deficit as lebron looks to constantly attack. Plus even at zero teams will run but it feels right and is dynamic which is nice.

MK,
I had put this game down and wrote it off as a complete !fail! that is until I got my hands on your slider set. I was in my living room screaming about the game play the challenging of shots the help defense. It just plays a really nice game now and I really appreciate the work you've poured into this set man. Thanks a lot for saving a poor fan of 2K!

Not quite... With the increased Injury Frequency slider, injuries in simmed games (Offline Association) have gone WAY up. Every team has 1 or 2 significant injuries, and I'm talking about in the first week of the season.

I tried simming the first week 3 separate times, and each time the injuries have been overly prominent. With default sliders, these injuries aren't a problem, so I have to think that increasing the Injury Frequency slider also affects simmed games.

I'm going to drop the slider down to 50 and see if that fixes the problem. If not, then I am completely lost
