After inputting the sliders, back out to the main menu and select "Home". The game will then autosave your settings.

The problem I'm having is trying to cut down on user points in the paint. I'm averaging atleast 60PIP with the Cavs. My shot inside/close is at 41, contested shot sucess at 43. Changed the defense lay up defense to 70 and help defense to 100 and on ball to 65. Still no sucess, I don't want to go to far from the base of this slider set.

Try raising cpu STRENGTH way up to see if this helps. After reviewing the sliders I don't think much more can be done.

I can't say this for certain, but you seem to have a pound-it-in-the-paint mentality, and it may be that the "it's a video game" will create some disappointment for your style of play. Like any video game, I take the idea that "there are things I COULD do but REFUSE to do" thinking... ie: money plays, constantly beating a guy off the dribble, running the SAME play repeatedly, always running a pick-and-roll play - stuff like this. You may have to FORCE yourself to play a more simulation-style of play in order to enjoy this game...

I am 25 games onto my season with this set and I love them.
With that being said the is no inside game for the CPU big men.
Every game is the same no matter what team I play the wing players take 90% of the shots.
I realize it is not a slider issue but it is ruining the game for me.

Yeah, they have to patch this game... The more I play the less I enjoy it. I went back to 2K11 the other night and played 5 classic roster file games. I'm reminded why I will forever LOVE 2K11 - I wish it had some of 2K13's nuances, but it still is #1 in my book.

Yeah I hear u, I am being really bored with this game already.
Every game the CPU plays the same way.
Tons of shots by the 2 and the 3.
No shots from the 4 or the 5.

I haven't been able to play this game much due to my schedule but I got in a half tonight, Portland (CPU) @ Boston. The Blazers had a good mix of inside-outside attempts; Aldridge was doing his thing in the mid-range and also had a few looks on the blocks and J.J. Hickson also was fed the ball in the post.

I'm using Nogster's roster, btw.
