Like EccentricMeat have told me you have to actively defend against stars and predict, because LeBron will make assists and passes, but Wade will shoot 90% of the time. You can make your strategies. Tendencies are sweet. I just want to know how to cheese in layups like the CPU does
If you want to get to the basket easier, just lower the CPU On Ball Defense a few clicks. Learn to use size-up moves and time your crossovers so that you explode out of the dribble. You'll have defenders tripping over themselves in no time!

I managed to get a pick-up game started before I left to eat my Thanksgiving Lunch with my father, I managed to get back to see the final two minutes. It's too bad this game doesn't use the NBA 2K11 ball physics, because it always looks awkward when the live ball physics screw the CPU over when it hits someone in the face and for a few seconds they have no idea what just happened.

The easiest way to get by a defender is to do a size-up move to the right, immediately hold sprint, and then drive to the left (making sure to move the LS hard to the left while the size-up animation still has the ball up in the air to the right).

Or you can do a size-up, and then during the animation move the RS back to do a behind-the-back dribble to the opposite side. Immediately start to drive to the basket after the behind-the-back dribble.

Yeah, I'm still trying to understand why the classic teams will feed the star post players and the classic post players will use moves and score in the paint but the current teams star big men won't get the ball much and when they do, they don't post up much at all or do post shots.

I have extensively tested this slider set and from my experience, it plays well on all camera angle. My personal choice however is the driving cam as this slider set provides very smooth animation and I enjoy that very much.
